Returns, Exchanges and Repairs

All DuruMade products are handmade. Due to the nature of handcrafted production, minor variations or superficial marks may occur that do not affect the product’s functionality or overall appearance. This is a natural characteristic of handmade items.

All products are carefully inspected before shipping. Items with noticeable defects are not sent out. However, in rare cases, a production-related issue may only become visible after delivery.

If this occurs, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving the product and include photos of the issue. If a production defect is confirmed, we will be happy to support the return or exchange process.

For damages that are not caused by a production defect, we will gladly check whether a repair is possible. Depending on the situation, replacement parts or repair options may be offered. Please contact us by email for further assistance.
