The product is made entirely of epoxy, and the bottom part is lightly sanded.

Production Story
This coaster, which began its life in a 3D modeling program, is then clear-cast onto the model and then left to dry. After approximately 5-6 hours, several colored casts are applied to add depth and variety. It is then left to dry for 48 hours. In the final stage, the bottom is sanded to smooth it. Any minor repairs are identified and corrected.
